Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Source and attract top talent for all service lines by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
- Define and set the sourcing plans for specific service lines based on open requisitions received from the recruitment team.
- Provide strategic input on talent pipeline building and augmenting the talent pool.
- Take responsibility for closing all roles assigned to you.
- Focus on the external marketplace and provide expertise/knowledge to the sourcing team.
- Ensure that sourcing processes are effective; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Identify and analyze potential new sourcing opportunities.
- Manage the company’s image in the marketplace.
- Contribute to building competitor intelligence.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- 5-6 years of total experience in recruitment.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing for leadership hiring.
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience in developing a high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans.
- Experience in problem-solving and producing solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches.
- Ability to identify alternatives when circumstances change and seek out responsibilities beyond the job.
