About the role
Third Party management (Net Solutions):Collaboration with the Business Development Manager in the analysis of the resources optimization and search of new opportunities and support in audits,
Administrative tasks in the management of the Capital Equipment in Spain and Portugal to comply with the internal processes defined by BSCI:
Collaborates closely with the sales team in obtaining all necessary documentation for the contract management with Capital Equipments;
Reporting of required documents (inventory transfer report, Shipping Authorization) for the traceability in the system of any change of the installed base.
Third Party Integration (TPI) process:Owner of the TPI process, full management of the process from beginning to end. Follow up of all stakeholders involved till end of the process.
Service Contracts support:
Tracking of the Service contracts in Spain and Portugal, process and invoicing;
“Bridge” between the sales team and the Service departments (CETS,...).
What are we looking for in you:
Background of studies in ADE (Business Administration), Sales and Marketing or Biomedical Engineering;
Previous experience, at least 1 or 2 years, in administrative roles and activities is considered preferable;
Proficiency in Ms Excel and an analytical mindset;
Methodical mindset and attention to details;
Eager to learn new processes and to work and interact with different colleagues;
Good experience in working with colleagues within a team;
Good English level (B2 level or higher).
