About the role
- Third Party management (Net Solutions):Collaboration with the Business Development Manager in the analysis of the resources optimization and search of new opportunities and support in audits,
- Administrative tasks in the management of the Capital Equipment in Spain and Portugal to comply with the internal processes defined by BSCI:
- Collaborates closely with the sales team in obtaining all necessary documentation for the contract management with Capital Equipments;
- Reporting of required documents (inventory transfer report, Shipping Authorization) for the traceability in the system of any change of the installed base.
- Third Party Integration (TPI) process:Owner of the TPI process, full management of the process from beginning to end. Follow up of all stakeholders involved till end of the process.
- Service Contracts support:
- Tracking of the Service contracts in Spain and Portugal, process and invoicing;
- “Bridge” between the sales team and the Service departments (CETS,...).
What are we looking for in you:
- Background of studies in ADE (Business Administration), Sales and Marketing or Biomedical Engineering;
- Previous experience, at least 1 or 2 years, in administrative roles and activities is considered preferable;
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and an analytical mindset;
- Methodical mindset and attention to details;
- Eager to learn new processes and to work and interact with different colleagues;
- Good experience in working with colleagues within a team;
- Good English level (B2 level or higher).
