What you'll do
· Build strategic Partner Marketing Plans and obtain support with internal cross-functional executives and partner leads.
· Influences partner and SAP marketing to effectively utilize allocated marketing budget within partner or SAP and partner development funds.
· Considerably increase Partner adoption of Marketing Enablement programs including attendance and engagement at SAP training webinars and use of content, materials, event in box, and social for joint marketing efforts.
· Drive marketing consistency among partners to ensure SAP brand and value proposition is accurately represented.
· Holds partners accountable and highlight results and ROI on agreed initiatives, i.e. pipeline generated, deals closed, individuals trained, etc.
· Provide personalized support directly to partner marketing executives and leads
· Assist in planning, promotion, and execution of comarketing events including event in a box initiatives, Partner Summits, and other joint efforts.
What you bring
· Undergraduate degree
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing and/or business planning.
· Have solid marketing experience in cloud business solutions – preferably cloud ERP.
· Have profound understanding of the midmarket segment with expertise in partner marketing
· Possess strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
· An “owner” personality. You are biased toward action and desire to drive your business.
· A “growth hacker” who has experience building plans which accelerate business outcomes with new methods.
· Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
