You will be responsible for managing social media channels in collaboration with your supervisor, developing and executing content aimed at both professional and consumer audiences, ensuring consistency across each platform. You will manage marketing tools and assets, such as brochures and videos, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and values. Additionally, you will execute initiatives to drive brand visibility, coordinate media relations, and design segmented email marketing campaigns. You will assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, prepare regular activity reports, and manage the budget related to projects and events.
In this role, you will…
- Social Media Management: In collaboration with your supervisor develop, implement, and manage content for social media channels targeting both professional and consumer (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) audiences, ensuring consistency and relevance of the messaging on each platform.
- Communication Strategy: Coordinate and execute communication strategies targeting doctors, healthcare professionals, and other key B2B stakeholders in the health sector, with the goal of increasing engagement and strengthening brand perception in this specific audience.
- Marketing Assets Development: Manage marketing tools and assets (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.) to ensure alignment with the brand identity and values.
- Brand Awareness: Execute initiatives that drive brand visibility and ensure consistency in the company’s image and messaging across all communication channels.
- Media Relations: Coordinate media relations.
- Email Marketing: In collaboration with your supervisor and the central team coordinate and execute segmented email marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results and engagement.
- Planning and execution : Assist in the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Administrative support with regards to event management.
- Reporting : Prepare regular marketing activity reports and address sales data requests.
- Budget : Work with MK team in scheduling and planning projects, assist in estimating cost and managing projects budget to completion. Administrative support in relation to budget management (POs).
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
- MBA is a plus
- 1-2 years of Marketing expeirence
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish.
- Creative thinker, passionate, and ready to contribute to the growth of our brand
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience in content creation for consumer-facing channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong writing skills and experience in developing BTB or BTC communication.
- Experience in managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong focus on results.
