Overview of the role

In this exciting opportunity, the Program Manager will drive Operational Excellence and high-impact initiatives across the Commercial IT organization. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, IT Sales Enablement and work closely with our VP of Commercial IT, senior commercial leaders, and functional partners (such as the CIDO Strategy & Operations team) to drive strategic planning, goal setting, resource optimization, while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and governance. In addition, this role will be the IT Partner/Program Manager for our Corporate Accounts organization and responsible for demonstrating effective customer relationship management, project management best practices, commercial delivery, and platform support. In this blended role, you will need to be comfortable working in a highly dynamic and matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across the Commercial IT organization with focus on strategic planning, resource optimization, financial management, portfolio management, and planning of Commercial leadership meetings and communications.
  • Implement effective cross-functional team governance and meetings to enable timely and relevant communications, and best practice sharing.
  • Conduct monthly portfolio reviews to ensure health of top investments and identification of emerging commercial needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial IT teams and Finance to conduct funding reviews to ensure investments are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as Commercial IT point of contract for CIDO Strategy & Operations team in supporting Global IT vendor management / optimization initiatives.
  • Serve as IT program manager and strategic partner for Corporate Accounts by providing recommendations on digital products and projects to enable priorities.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize potential issues.
  • Manage program governance, including scope, roles, risks and communication alignment.
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, and effective communication to promote knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving innovation by staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of related career experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience demonstrated in managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently to achieve goals
  • Project, program, and/or portfolio management related certifications is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and technology integration is a plus

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
