About the role:

The Commercial Program Manager is an exciting role that plays an integral part in connecting cross-functional stakeholders and leading key commercial launches for the global WATCHMAN division.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the Project Manager for key commercial projects within the WATCHMAN division of Boston Scientific’s Cardiology group.
  • Prioritization, planning, and execution of commercial product launches and strategic commercial projects.
  • Manage basic project structure and governance (scope, roles & responsibilities, workstreams, risks, leadership communication & alignment, etc.)
  • Identify comprehensive project plans including timeline, key milestones, deliverables and stakeholders through cross-functional partnership and coordination.
  • Drive the necessary connection points for the cross-functional teams (Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales Training, Physician Training, Sales/Sales Ops, Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Global Supply Chain, Clinical, etc.) to develop & execute strategic commercial efforts and launches.
  • Lead the team in appropriate decision-making through the ability to organize and analyze options and build logical arguments.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment consistent with Boston Scientific core behaviors and WATCHMAN business vision and mission, keeping these elements at the forefront of decision making and actions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel to BSC sites, vendors, customers, etc. as needed. Travel not expected to exceed 10%.

Required qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, PMO, or customer-facing related function. Product management and commercial product launch experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Medical Device industry, in some combination of Marketing, PMO, or other customer-facing role.
  • Strong relationship development skills; demonstrated success in leading cross-functionally by influence and collaboration, motivating teams and functions to achieve goals and deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • High performers who can navigate ambiguity and deliver beyond the task.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels including senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen & strategic thought leadership.

Preferred qualification and competencies:

  • Cardiology experience
  • Experience launching medical devices in US/Globally

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
