What yourKey Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act in medium and small projects supporting the ideation and implementation of new business solutions, processes and tools within the organization
- Support the definition of KPIs and targets along with the process to capture that data to make fact-based business decisions.
- Participation in the creation of business cases and data analysis.
- Involvement in the creation of project plans, presentations, and reports.Support the organization of hospital events with travel required at national level to attend them
- Support the planning, organisation, conduction and follow up of marketing strategic and tactical workshops with divisional teams
What Are we looking for in you:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management or Economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of English language (C1)
- General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Mastering the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word is key to succeed in this role.
- Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions.
- Nice to haves:
- Critical thinking and openness to discuss own ideas
- Basic knowledge of project management best practices
- Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards, regulatory, and compliance needs
