Trade & Shopper Marketing Intern

Your Role:

• Conduct market and business analysis, including sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade, promo share, and display share across all Philips Personal Health categories.

• Support the execution of Strategic Account Plans by assisting with in-store and online activations (e.g., liaising with suppliers, requesting flyers, artwork, etc.).

• Brief agencies on the creation and production of Point of Sale (PoS) materials, ensuring they align with sales team requirements.

• Coordinate in-store merchandising, focusing on the quality and timely execution of tasks.

• Help develop online sales for Electrical Retail Specialists by proposing portfolio optimizations, enhancing content, and increasing brand visibility.

You're the right fit if:

• You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Marketing.

• You have a customer-first mindset, a proactive approach, and a desire to learn and grow.

• You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in both Italian and English.

• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and are comfortable working with data.
