We’re looking for ato support our efforts in the Italian market. This role focuses on data-driven analysis, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring the success of key product launches in the Food & Drug channel.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, market share, stock-in-trade, and profitability) to identify opportunities and suggest actions.
Track and improve Sales Fundamentals: distribution, availability, Share of Shelf, and Share of Secondary Placement.
Support product launches like Intimate and FemDep, tracking performance through KPIs and scorecards.
Develop and refine quarterly promotional and extra display calendars, optimizing strategy for peak sales periods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and achieve business goals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related field.
Advanced Excel proficiency; strong analytical and business acumen.
Being proactive, independent, and collaborative with a solution-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
This internship may provide opportunities to transition into our Key Account Management or Sales teams. An interest in these areas will be considered a plus.
