Description
- Manage and oversee operational setup and delivery of all web and email campaigns across multiple languages from product launches and brand campaigns to lifecycle communications.- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of error-free web and email content across applications.- Foster strong communication channels within the cross-functional team, including marketing, design, content and technology teams. Collaborate closely with partners to understand campaign requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies and standard processes in web development, content management and email marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience in web and email production management for a global technology business.
- 5+ years management experience leading and developing a globally distributed operational team.
- Experience with online marketing platforms (CMS, CDM, CRM, Email, Event, Learning).
- Proficiency of web languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SEO and Accessibility standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of data models, segmentation, SQL, data workflows and interfaces.
- Adobe Experience Manager and Email Marketing Service Provider (Salesforce, Adobe, Zeta Global, Emarsys) expertise a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communicator, collaborator and teammate.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,500 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
