What you’ll do
Our Talent Management strategy focuses on building an agile organization with a skills-based approach through enabling personalized career journeys, talent mobility, and high-performing teams. In this role you will be supporting our “Talent Management Strategic Initiative” supporting our P&C People Agenda goal to enable our “skills-based people ecosystem”.
Specifically, you will join the Talent Programs team and our current project team where you will:
- Support with the design, development, and implementation of strategic talent programs aligned with our new Talent Management Strategy
- Support with the design and future run of a portfolio of talent development offerings including top talent, expert programs, rotations and more
- Support current and future talent program offerings as the company changes, bringing new programs, sunsetting programs when needed and adjusting/changing existing programs
- Identify program enhancements, opportunities, or gaps
- Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of the Talent programs and acts as a point of contact concerning operational issues as well as escalation point for issues and questions.
- Proactively work with other teams to consistently improve scalability and efficiency of our talent programs
What you bring
- Knowledge of the P&C organization and the business and leverage knowledge to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects
- Experience in talent development, implementing programs with impact with a strong focus on program design, management and measurement.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of current learning trends and best practices in talent development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify process enhancement opportunities or gaps
- Good knowledge of cross country P&C programs and processes.
