Job Purpose

As aAccount Executive, you will own the end-to-end client relationship, orchestrating Microsoft’s resources to deliver exceptional value and accelerate digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive long-term success.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth through solution selling and co-innovation initiatives.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND proven years of experience in account management, consulting, or technology sales. OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND strong record of relevant experience.
    OR Several years of relevant experience in driving digital transformation or managing strategic accounts.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of experience managing accounts within the telecommunications sector.
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry and its business landscape.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and lead complex deal negotiations.
  • Experience with Microsoft’s portfolio or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Fluency in English (must have) and Swedish (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy for the clients, aligning Microsoft solutions to their business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key influencers.
  • Drive co-selling and co-innovation opportunities across Microsoft’s solution areas (Cloud, AI, Security, Modern Work).
  • Orchestrate internal and partner resources to deliver customer success and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth.
  • Represent Microsoft’s perspective in industry forums and position Microsoft as a trusted advisor.
