- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Visual Communication, Design, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Produce designs that solve user problems that are realistic to the customer experience for all use cases.
- Develop highly creative and conceptual campaign and branding systems across multi-channel projects and execute final customer-facing creative.
- Develop robust guidelines and working templates across a variety of digital and non-digital touchpoints that express the campaign or brand creative.
- Utilize iPad, Apple Pencil, Procreate, and Freeform to work on high quality illustrations.
- Experience in creating visual systems that meet accessibility standards.
- Communicate creative concepts at various stages of the design process with wireframes, experience flows, storyboard, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Present concepts, proposals, and updates to creative leadership.
- Experience contributing to award-winning projects.
