Description
* Be a strong, collaborative partner with product designers, engineers, leadership, and partner teams to contribute to the design vision. * Create and maintain multi-platform design systems and component libraries that embody and extend the design vision.* Ensure designs align with platform patterns and inclusion standards. * Work closely with engineering partners to bring designs to life by crafting detailed deliverables, including technical specifications and assets. * Update component libraries as designs evolve and communicate changes to relevant teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design software including Sketch or Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in the use of typography, colors, materials, textures, layout, and information hierarchy
  • Experience with platform-specific user interface principles for phone, computer, or smart watches
Preferred Qualifications
  • Portfolio demonstrating design systems thinking to solve product problems
  • Working understanding of inclusive design principles for meeting the needs of a diverse, global audience
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
