Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Visual Communication, Design, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Produce designs that solve user problems that are realistic to the customer experience for all use cases.
Develop highly creative and conceptual campaign and branding systems across multi-channel projects and execute final customer-facing creative.
Develop robust guidelines and working templates across a variety of digital and non-digital touchpoints that express the campaign or brand creative.
Utilize iPad, Apple Pencil, Procreate, and Freeform to work on high quality illustrations.
Experience in creating visual systems that meet accessibility standards.
Communicate creative concepts at various stages of the design process with wireframes, experience flows, storyboard, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Present concepts, proposals, and updates to creative leadership.
Experience contributing to award-winning projects.
