This key role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of AWS and Amazon and work on some of our most vexing challenges. You will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand relative advantages and risks, if/when major features should be included to existing roadmaps, consolidation, and customer adoption. You’ll at times need to be fearless in moving forward without a clear path.Key job responsibilities
• Take the lead to identify, define, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.
• Ability to assess commercial feasibility for our AWS business and create new deal constructs.
• Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefits of partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to execute on the relationships.About the team

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
