Wondery is seeking a talented Strategy & Operations Manager to support our growing business. The candidate should be business-minded, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional or military experience in business-focused roles (business development, partnerships, accounting, finance, business intelligence, etc.)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or Masters degree
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in the Entertainment & Media industry (podcast network, streaming video service, broadcast or cable TV network, etc.), including an understanding of content strategy best-practices

The base pay for this position ranges from $93,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
