Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
Submission: Collect, quantify and prioritize tech capabilities in our backlog on a quarterly and annual basis
Engage functional and country cluster experts across the business to provide their inputs (inspired by competitive analysis and your ideas) in a timely manner
Build strong business cases that compellingly and thoroughly quantify the impact of going live with each technical capability in order to increase the chances of the tech capability making it onto the vendor and internal tech teams’ development roadmap
Present a proposal of backlog priorities to gain Digital Leadership Team’s approval of quarterly submission which you formally submit to Global Digital Product and then circle back the ultimate roadmap decisions to country cluster and market level stakeholders so they know the latest development roadmap and plan accordingly
Execution: Project manage each tech capability rollout from scoping to hypercare to ensure timely go-live and successful implementation
Kickoff the tech capability developent with a 360* scoping workshop to collect all of the inputs/realities that need to be planned for and ensure stakeholder alignment with functions and cluster teams
Distill updates to our tech capability documentation so senior stakeholders know the latest status at a high level
Manage end-to-end testing with our local implementation team by creating scenarios for user testing, running user acceptance testing and dry runs, gaining leadership’s approval to go-live and completing any post-launch follow-ups
Analysis: Engage with Analytics teammates to measure the impact of these technical capabilities as well as reflect on process improvements with all stakeholders
Manage monthly meetings with Analytics to consistently measure key tech capabilities (align agenda, assign respective Analytics lead, host meeting, synthesize analysis and build showcase slides to summarize impact)
Report impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a market and country cluster by providing performance reports to senior management
which you report to stakeholders and include in future business cases
Participate in and/or run retrosepcitves with all relevant stakeholders to collect appropriate feedback, define improvement ideas and execute said ideas

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate degree with focus on Product Development/Project Management/Strategy
10+ years of experience in similar fields; triangulating multiple backend tech systems and teams, managing backlogs, running end-to-end testing and analyzing impact is a must
Market business acumen in emerging markets ideally e-commerce (e.g. Turkey, Israel, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, Pacific)
Experience working with stakeholders across seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across functions (finance, analytics, trading, brand, ops teams, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical acumen with commercial mindedness and updated industry knowledge
Strong numerical and analytical skills, high attention to detail
Resolute and creative problem solver with excellent organization skills
Proven project management skills in both approach and execution
Ability to handle ambiguity/change, willing to do everything, untangles complexity
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Strong presentation skills, including visual design skills for slide creation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Drive to succeed and deliver against expectations
Ability to manage, develop and motivate internal and external teams

Strong conceptual understanding of brand
Advanced MS Office/365 skills (XLS, PPT, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
