Job Summary (Primary function)
The Mgr./Sr. Mgr., US Product Strategy develops the marketing strategy and leads the development and execution of key personal and non-personal marketing initiatives. The Manager works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, the MLR team and external agency partners. This role is based in our Chadds Ford office requiring 4 days in person, 1 day remote.
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
• Develop and implement an integrated personal / non-personal marketing strategy focused on healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Develop and execute personal / non-personal promotional programs and tactics, manage through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) process and ensure alignment and integration across channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal. Execute tactics in coordination with cross-functional colleagues, as appropriate.
• Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives.
• Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, hospitals, office staff, GPOs, and professional societies.
• Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge.
• Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.
• Responsible for budget preparation and maintenance.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology product marketing.
• Experience working with external brand agencies and vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets.
• Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members.
• Experience developing multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products.
• Specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience required including experience in Oncology
• Launch experienced strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities.
• Travel 15-20%
