Responsible for handling employee social insurance, work-related injuries, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, employee data, local benefits etc. and other HR related business.
Assist in answering employee inquiries and providing onsite HR support
Provide support in various aspects, including data and process management, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Exercises judgment within defined HR procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Regularly interacts with inside and outside customers and vendors
Uses judgment within defined Share Services practices and procedures. Handles projects which have short term focus
Develops moderate scope projects/processes that align with Share Services Management strategy
Works closely with staffing, generalist, C&B and LOB to make sure their needs are met
May be cross-trained in multiple HR processes
Performs as team lead on small projects
Supports the change management on HR applications/systems within the specified timeframe as assigned
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources Management, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
Have 1-2 years or more of experience in human resources work in a large company, fluent in English.
Data processing skills and be proficient in using office tools and other AI tools.
Detail-oriented and responsible, with a cheerful and outgoing personality; logical thinking and quick learner.
