Minimum/Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR).
- Business, or related field AND work or internship experience in HR operations, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP – preferably SAP).
- Experience with common help desk tool such as CRM.
- Ability to work with/manage documents on a SharePoint.
- Experience working in a customer support environment and demonstrated ability in addressing customer root needs.
- Experience working in a multi-segment HR department in a large organization.
Overtime may be required.
