What to Expect

As the Project Manager,Operational Readiness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successfulcommencement of Service agreements and seamless transition of Deployment (Project) toService. In addition, supporting site commissioning programs, shutdowns, andmaintenance procedures for our large Energy and Charging solutions and ChargingNetwork.

You will support our Operationsmanagement team and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to achieveoperational excellence and safety compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and oversee delivery of the operational readinessactivities for Energy and Charging projects, O&M infrastructure, resources,service tools and equipment also supporting site commissioning, shutdowns, andongoing maintenance procedures.
  • Work closely with Utility and Asset Management team to planrequired tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring adherence to project, servicecontract timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, checklists,and protocols to optimize performance and reliability of Energy and Charging projects.
  • Improve efficiencies and effectiveness of logistics andresources to support field operations, including equipment, materials, andworkforce scheduling.
  • Proven ability deep analysis of operational progress andperformance metrics and represent it visually to managers and stakeholders on anongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Health& Safety teams to ensure all operational activities comply with regulatoryrequirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesto minimize operational disruptions and ensure a safe working environment in collaborationwith operations managers.
  • Support training and development initiatives for Utility andField Service Technicians to enhance skills and competencies related tooperational readiness.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field,Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, PMO specifically in operational readiness for large-scale industrial or energy projects.
  • PMP certification
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and operations systems, particularly in high voltage environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work culture.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to energy and electrical systems in Australia, preferably APAC region.
