Plan and prioritize utility maintenance activities, usingreal-time report dashboards
Work with scheduling tools to ensure Utility Field ServiceTechnician schedules are accurate and up to date, including coordination withother business sectors
Create and schedule preventative maintenance activitiesbased on contract obligations on OEM and third-party equipment
Administration of computerised maintenance managementsystems (CMMS)
Coordinate Utility Service Technician travel and trainings
Work with the Utility team to drive global performance basedKPI’s
Continuously improve and optimise planning of operations andmaintenance activities
Manage contractor and vendor systems to support Utility siterequirements
Assist with parts and tooling inventories
Work with different departments to share resources acrossregional sites and optimise personnel utilisation
What You’ll Bring
Trade Certifications or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Trade skill / industry experience in a similar role
Prior scheduling experience, maintenance of electricalservices preferred
Ability to manage large amounts of data including databasequerying
Excellent computer skills especially using Excel, Outlook,and Word
Excellent written and verbal skills both from a technicaland client facing perspective
Excellent customer service skills
Regular, reliable, and predictable performance required
Ability to communicate and function well in a mobile officesetting
Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, andquality focused
Willingness to travel
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organizeworkload, and meet deadlines
