- Lead project teams in delivering engineering consultancy services for the Energy & Power market, specialising in transmission and distribution sectors. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across APAC and Global Delivery Centres
- Managing projects involving HV electrical, civil, mechanical, and structural engineering
- Delivering targeted outcomes for single and multi-discipline projects
- Building client relationships in New Zealand and positioning for future opportunities change New Zealand to Sydney
- Coordinating with team and discipline leaders on project planning, scoping, and execution
- Handling commercial management, contracts, timelines, costs, and change management
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide support to overall portfolio of works
- Support sales initiatives and develop client relationships
- Contribute to securing new business opportunities
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution design projects is beneficial.
- Understanding of transmission infrastructure, including substations and overhead lines
- Managed multidisciplinary Projects and design teams
- Experience in Project budgeting and scheduling
- Be the first point of contact for the client
- Capability to act as a Design Manager when required
- Familiarity with industry safety practices, AS3000, AS2067, and AS7000 standards
