Analyze new contract bookings for compliance to policy/controls/tax. Recordnecessary information on country specific sites where applicable.
Responsiblefor review of Time & Material work orders including any pre-invoicerequirements and working with field personnel to obtain customer requiredPurchase Order to process invoice
Support business with access to customer portals including documentation fornew/renewal subscriptions to such sites.
Responsible for kaizen process for the team
Can be involved in major transitions, working with theCPS team (SAP process specialists) for SAP internal programs, Siebel, Sales Force and other systems that might bedeployed
Experience in administrative support role
1+ years’ experience with SAP
Must be fluent in German and English
