JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new contract bookings for compliance to policy/controls/tax. Recordnecessary information on country specific sites where applicable.
  • Responsiblefor review of Time & Material work orders including any pre-invoicerequirements and working with field personnel to obtain customer requiredPurchase Order to process invoice
  • Support business with access to customer portals including documentation fornew/renewal subscriptions to such sites.
  • Responsible for kaizen process for the team
  • Can be involved in major transitions, working with theCPS team (SAP process specialists) for SAP internal programs, Siebel, Sales Force and other systems that might bedeployed
  • Experience in administrative support
    role
  • 1+ years’ experience with SAP
  • Must be fluent in German and English
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer focused
