As a Senior Associate at EY GDS Markets team, you will support the Account Leadership team, including the Global Client Serving Partner and Global Sales Executive, in developing and managing growth-centric activities for designated Priority accounts. You will provide high-quality, insightful support to account teams on Go-to-market activities, focusing on driving growth in relationships, revenue, and pipeline. You will build a network across the account leadership and within GDS to develop account knowledge, benefiting the regional/global Account team and our relationship with the client.
Account Management
- Facilitate the account planning process with the Client Service Partner and Director, ensuring regular reviews against milestones and targets.
- Understand strategic communication and stakeholder engagement requirements to advance the account plan agenda, working with global teams to respond and deploy.
- Provide curated, highly relevant knowledge to account teams focusing on business analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and firm thought leadership to deepen client relationships and expand opportunities.
- Liaise with onshore account teams and internal business services groups to ensure effective transition of work to the appropriate remote GDS support platform.
- Identify changes to key executives, potential connection points, and materials of interest to create and deepen client relationships.
- Contribute to complex account and business development needs, including pursuit support, pitch development, and client meeting materials.
- Collaborate with the BMC point of contact to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
- Accelerate strategy execution, particularly around prioritized regions and strategic solutions.
- Understand market trends and client agendas to identify revenue-generating opportunities and monitor solution revenue for success and opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with account leaders on essential priorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service lines, accounts, emerging markets, and subsectors to facilitate connection and communication.
- Manage project quality control, review deliverables, and embed exceptional client service principles in support of account teams and stakeholders.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A graduate degree.
- 4-8 years of experience in account management in a complex international environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies to synthesize information and provide executive summaries of essential insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience leveraging AI to develop meaningful summaries, recommended actions, and enhance messaging and pitch decks, including validating and refining AI outputs.
- Experience working with senior executives in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in a fast-moving global client-driven environment.
