KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Portfolio Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the company's service portfolio in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to enhance and expand service offerings.
- Lead the development and enhancement of new services and service packages.
- Determine pricing strategies for services, considering cost analysis, competition, and value to customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and threats in the service portfolio.
- Manage a team of service offer managers, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
Service Lifecycle Management:
- Define the full lifecycle of services, including launch, maintenance, and eventual retirement.
- Monitor the financial performance of services, tracking revenue, costs, and profitability.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 10 years of experience of product management with an in-house development environment
- 10+ years experience working in/with Service business, delivery, and results.
