In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for an international internally managed staff augmentation program. You will assist in the execution on all tasks and processes within contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. You will support the monitoring and evaluation of staffing suppliers to ensure they meet PNC’s standards and objectives. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate and communicate with LOB partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workers.
Job Description
  • Coordinates with internal engagement managers and third party suppliers to ensure the onboarding, offboarding and compliance of all contractors. This role provides support to all parties through communications, customer service and system application tasks.
  • Perform the day to day functions within the system application in support of the program. Interact with internal and external end users.
  • Ensures the quality, timeliness and completion of all activities, tasks of third parties or end users independently and with little to no oversight.
  • Facilitates the tracking and collecting of program data to create metrics and analytics
  • Oversees and assists with ad-hoc projects such as but not limited to reporting, presentation development, vendor forums, vendor audits, and scorecards.
