You will assist in executing all tasks and processes within the contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. The main responsibilities of this role will be focused on administrative tasks including but not limited to: amendments, extensions, data collection and clean up, and shortlisting resumes. You may also support the monitoring and evaluation of staffing suppliers to ensure they meet PNC’s standards and objectives. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate and communicate with line of business (LOB) partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for onboarding, offboarding, and managing contingent workers’ assignments, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support of amendments, extensions, data collection and clean up, and shortlisting resumes.

Job Description- Executes all activities in the staff augmentation life cycle and engagement process for one a single business line of for staffing needs of minimal complexity. Activities include intake sessions, supplier coordination, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, making offers, etc.
- Captures, consumes and responds to standard staff augmentation data sets in all phases on the engagement process. (intake sessions, assessing, presenting, shortlisting, setting interviews and making offers).
- Provides basic consultation to business partners and contingent labor staff suppliers on the engagement process. Builds relationships with engagement managers to understand talent needs aligned with the goals and direction of the organization.
- Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
- Communicates with contingent labor staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.. Reviews, understands and applies the general provisions of contingent labor contractual agreements between PNC and third party suppliers.
