As a Senior Product Associate inReal Time Payments,at JP Morgan,you contribute to thestrategy and commercialization function by leveraging your payments and strategy experience.
Job responsibilities
- closely with the Product teams and closely supports the development and execution of the global productstrategy, backed by research, analysis of global payments trends and local trends in different markets
- Helps track execution of the product strategy with clear milestones, and plans
- Supports the development and execution of global RTP commercialization strategy backed by strong understanding of customer segments, buying behavior
- Helps develop globally consistent value proposition by segment, buyer profiles, user journeys, and objection handling
- Helps prioritize customer segments based on analysis of data and insights on buying triggers
- Supports GTM strategies including pricing, bundling, and new capabilities and enhancements needed to penetrate target segments
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product, client, channel, and markets and provides narrative on leading and lagging indicators of opportunities and risks
- Tracks key strategic initiatives across the program, surfacing risks to plan, and opportunities to accelerate
- Trusted partner to global and regional leads, plays a key connective Tissue role in the Global RTP team.
- Helps advance team objectives through Monthly Business reviews, QKR tracking, Commercialization plan and overall progress to 3 year plan
- Plays a key role in annual planning cycle and supports development of data backed business case for market, product, and client expansion
- Helps drive innovation agenda and cross Lines of business partnership by developing a data backed growth and investment plan
- Develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization and the globe including product, technology, operations,marketing,legal,
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experienceinpayments domain and / or strategy consulting
- Experience working in a top tier consulting firm, preferable in payments/ banking
- Good grasp of commercialization and go to market considerations
- Analytical – ability to review large amounts of data from various geographies, client segments and draw insights
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to author a compelling narrative with visuals and written content
- Self-starter, ability towork independently and deliver results
- Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively in a matrixglobalorganization
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
