EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills
Good understanding of Relational Databases (HANA, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL Server, etc.)
Good understanding of Linux/Unix & Windows operating systems and Networking.
Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior experience providing technical support on Enterprise-level software implementations
Prior support or administration experience of enterprise-level software systems and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
