Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil
Hybrid position

  • Support SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies around the globe.

  • Investigate and resolve critical system issues via live calls and through a CRM tool regarding product functionality or technical issues; troubleshoot systems to offer elegant solutions within established timelines;

  • Provide excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills: Communicate and collaborate with peers, customers and upper management.

  • Constantly empathize with our customers and call them whenever necessary;

  • Be a team player that is both eager to learn and to share knowledge;

  • Take ownership of situations and\ seek for continuous improvement, by documenting solutions and collaborating internally to achieve product and process improvement.

  • Meet, work and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a University degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas with at least 2 years until graduation.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills

  • Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue

At least some of the following subject-matter

  • Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)

  • Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, command line interface)

  • Data communications and networking (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS)

  • Security and Authentication technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, SSL, and SSO.

  • Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic, debugging

Preferred

  • Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems, including installation, migration and networking

  • Knowledge of business and financial processes

  • Experience working with customers is a plus

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual strong problem-solving skills, capable of tackling issues of varying complexity using logical thinking

  • Adaptable and flexible, able to handle both routine tasks and major organizational changes

  • Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks, actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and development
