What You’ll Own:
You will assist the senior leadership team with strategic planning, including financial and labor planning in collaboration with finance and HR
You will work closely with all business units and functions to align operations with strategy. You will affect results by maneuvering through appropriate formal and informal organization channels, influencing across all levels of the organization and across organizations
You will establish talent planning, coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, and the formation of employee engagement teams in support of one of the senior leadership team members. You will champion employee engagement and diversity consistent with the team’s efforts to mature our understanding and actions including opening pathways in order to increase the diversity of the team
You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Identify opportunities within the organization where processes can be streamlined, automated, or improved
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 6 years of Portfolio, Project, or Program Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years experience with Google Suite
7+ years experience as a Chief of Staff or Business Operations
