Monday Revenue Operations Manager -

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with EMEA Rev Ops & Regional Sales leadership teams to identify trends and business opportunities within our existing account base - diving into operational performance and KPIs, product usage, segmentation, user personas, etc.
• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to drive data-influenced decisions.
• Identify pain points and business opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel, and lead growth initiatives.
• Be the go-to person for operational and data needs across departments like sales, customer success, partnerships and more.
• Drive Regional Sales specific initiatives, and represent regional needs in broader CRO sales and Ops strategy teams
• Manage dashboards and workspaces, lead data meetings and support day-to-day operations for the Enterprise and Mid Market segment.
• Analyze large databases of our existing customers and their behaviour in order to provide real time recommendations, insights, and business health status
• Lead the ongoing alignment and assignments of books of business for AEs and AMs and SDRs
• Maintain salesforce data hygiene for our Leads and Pipeline opportunity management cycles and drive operational cadence for the daily and ongoing sales operations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Fluency in French is a MUST
• Comfortable working with Salesforce (including manipulating large data sets), Google Sheets/ Excel, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL - an advantage)
• Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex data and trends into clear actionable insights
• Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success
• Strong collaboration and communication skills - this is key to success in this role
