What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Energy team to support business needs related to data and reporting
- Identify challenges and opportunities to improve the efficiency of our operations
- Investigate and explore opportunities to optimize, scale, and automatize processes using data-driven solutions and applications
- Maintain and create accurate and insightful reporting of Tesla Energy’s business performance, including but not limited to sales, operations, product, and engineering
- Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Applied Analytics
- Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with programming languages Python and/or R
- Experience with database languages (SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Excel
- Hands on, able to support with day to day task and automation projects or executive presentations
- Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to provide insights and conclusions from large, dense datasets
- Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills – and the ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated, fast learner capable of first principle thinking in an ever-changing data landscape
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with renewable energy generation systems is a plus
