What You’ll Do
  • Help the team to identify gaps in supply chain operations processes and areas for optimization and automation
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply your knowledge to transform complex data into actionable insights using Python
  • Collaborate in projects that will focus on the manipulation and interpretation of large datasets to assess business impact and priorities while utilizing Tableau, SQL, and Tesla in-house reporting tools
  • Learn how to develop and implement intuitive reports that provide insights for business decision-making
  • Assist in building and fine-tuning predictive models, working with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into daily operations
  • Support management with dashboards, data pulls, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Communicate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and brainstorm KPIs
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, analysis methodologies, and result
What You’ll Bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Studies, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
  • Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering background is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with Python with a strong ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Experience working with SQL, and familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau)
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges, maintaining a high level of productivity without compromising quality under pressure
  • Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with other business and engineering teams, while being able to work independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused, relentless, and willing to find cracks in the system to expose problems
