Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues that cause downtime for Tesla’s Industrial Storage customers
Mine data logged by Tesla’s Industrial Storage fleet to define the fingerprint for a failure mode and utilize Tesla automation tools to programmatic diagnosis and react to future occurrences of that failure mode
Define the actions that need to be taken by the field service and technical support teams when a specific failure mode occurs, publish those actions in Tesla’s Service tools, and develop any specialized training required to complete those actions
Improve on data analytic skills such as SQL and Python
Improve on electrical component characteristics and PCB Design analysis
Learn more on battery storage operation and service actions
Understand how to identify specific failure fingerprints before actual hardware failures occur
What You’ll Bring
Currently studying in a relevant field like Electrical / Power Electronics Engineering or Data Analytics
Level C1 in English (written and spoken) and an additional European language is a plus
Preferably some experience in a lab with electronic components
Interested to work in a fast paced and always changing environment
Proactive and problem-solving oriented mentality
Ability to keep the overview and to prioritize incoming workflow accordingly
