Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Support the team with their reporting requirements.
- Manage the Immigration teams internal tools such as TMT, ImEY and DocTrack; identifying areas of improvement, reviewing and resolving any escalations with the production support and development teams.
- Support the documentation of immigration processes, policies and procedure to facilitate transparency, team continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and review TMT performance metrics (SLAs, escalations), reporting, data integrity and quality audits.
- Support EY’s Nationalization and D&I initiatives as required.
- Continually work to improve processes and productivity using technology to drive efficiency.
- Support the successful delivery of immigration projects in across the MENA.
- Support the implementation of existing operational processes and help develop new ones as required.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Support the implementation of consistent immigration policies across the MENA region.
- Conduct periodic audits on TMT and DocTrack to ensure compliance with set SLAs.
- Ensure teams adherence to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage contract renewals and monthly invoicing process for all vendors that support MENA immigration processes.
- Manage the bi-weekly immigration newsletter.
- Escalate any high-risk situations and ensure that key stakeholders have adequate information to make the right decisions.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with and managing teams virtually in a global profession services firm.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping team members and projects moving on schedule.
