Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical pre-sales support and assist in selling tailored BMS services, ensuring sales representatives are well-versed in product features and solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and professionally with senior-level individuals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 6-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in customer-related sales support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong pre-sales management skills and thorough knowledge of the sales process.
Technical expertise in BMS applications and implementation, with strong presentation and project management abilities, and competence in authoring technical white papers and "how-to" guides.
Knowledge of Niagara systems is an advantage, with the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a specific technology, vertical, or technical solution.
