Senior Specialist, Workplace Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

To support Workplaces with all related tasks and projects and to ensure that all Workplace and reception duties are fulfilled in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Plan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes (includes but not limited to switchboard management, incoming couriers and distribution, guest and visitor arrangement, workplace housekeeping, pest management, etc).
  • Ensure high level of hospitality and all service-related qualities, policies, standards and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction as per adidas culture
  • Oversee Health and Safety aspects within the office
  • Managing and maintain relationship with landlordfor topics related with building, maintenance and preventive maintenance, housekeeping for public area, etc
  • To support with projects and events in coordination with the Human Resources Manager
  • Liaising with third party vendors on office maintenance and preparing the necessary reports
  • Supporting company’s sustainability agenda / Green company process in the office in line with global processes and targets
  • Responsible for purchasing and managing office supplies and refreshments
  • Responsible for all screen displays and ensure the alignment with brand team when required

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or University Degree in any background
  • Minimum 4 years experience years as General Affair / Building / Office Administration with a strong sense of customer service and satisfaction
