· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in sales or equivalent field
· 4 - 6 years’ experience in training
· Spanish: native speaker
· English: advanced or fluent proficiency
· Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
· Knowledgeable in digital technologies
· Familiar with Windows environment
· Ability to learn software applications efficiently
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Experience managing LMS/LMX platforms
