Project Execution: Take overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and safety standards are met.
Leadership: Lead and execute large-scale, multi-disciplined control solutions and advanced application projects.
Customer Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction through timely reporting of project progress and issues.
Global Project Management: Implement projects according to Global Project Management (GPM) practices, including agreement compliance, project safety, quality, schedule, risk management, cash-flow, and resource needs.
Business Processes: Manage monthly business processes, including project reviews, financial, material, and labor forecasting.
Mentorship: Provide mentoring to the project team in technical expertise, work practices, project status, and deadlines.
Contract Management: Participate in contract updates, audit activities, and manage third-party sub-suppliers and subcontractors.
Billing and Payments: Manage customer billing as per contract and ensure timely payment collection.
Cross-Functional Interface: Interface with other businesses and functions for cross-business projects.
Change Management: Act as a change agent, influencing and leading efforts to standardize best practices and processes.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
Degree in business or a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Experience in Industrial Automation or relevant industry with a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, CORA) and earned value progress tracking systems.
Proven experience in client scope and contract negotiations.
Strong business acumen and project planning skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, global mindset, teamwork, and intelligent risk-taking behaviors.
PMI or similar Project Management accreditation (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
Fluency in Finnish and the ability to conduct work in English.
