Project Execution and Delivery: Assume overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and safety for assigned projects.
Leadership in Control Solutions: Lead and execute large-scale, multi-disciplinary control solutions and advanced application projects, encompassing justification, design, implementation, construction management, commissioning, documentation, and support.
Customer Engagement: Maintain daily engagement with customers to drive satisfaction, report project progress, and address issues promptly.
Global Project Management Compliance: Implement projects according to Global Project Management (GPM) practices, ensuring compliance with agreements, safety standards, quality, schedule, risk management, cash-flow, and resource requirements.
Financial and Resource Forecasting: Oversee monthly business processes, including project reviews, financial, material, and labor forecasting.
Mentorship: Provide mentoring to project team members in technical expertise, work practices, project status, and adherence to deadlines, including financial and safety deadlines.
Contract Management: Participate in contract updates and audit activities, negotiate and manage third-party sub-suppliers, constructions, and other subcontracting elements.
Billing and Collections: Manage customer billing as per contract terms and ensure timely collection of payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with other business units and functions during the execution of cross-business projects.
Change Management: Act as a change agent, influencing and leading efforts to standardize best practices and processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of Project/Program Management experience.
Degree in Business or Engineering (Bachelor's required).
Preferably experienced in the Industrial Automation or a relevant industry with a proven track record in delivering large, complex projects.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, CORA) and earned value progress tracking systems.
Demonstrated expertise in client scope and contract negotiations.
Strong business acumen and project planning skills.
PMI or similar Project Management accreditation (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
Proficiency in both Finnish and English is required.
Must have:
Expertise within a technical or business field.
BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business.
