Your Impact
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cisco SDWAN services and solutions.
- Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues.
- Be a member of a worldwide team.
- Engage in cross-technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments.
- Recreate customer technical problems within Cisco’s internal state-of-the-art labs.
- Be a trusted technical authority to worldwide Cisco customers and partners.
- Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
- Create automation and augmentation logic to speed up issue resolution.
- Improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.
- Be the first to lay hands on the latest and greatest cutting-edge technologies within the SDWAN domain.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology-related field of study (preferably with a network engineering/computer science)
- 5+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN networks
- Solid understanding of IP Routing (MP-BGP, OSPF, Cisco EIGRP, Cisco OMP, MPLS); IPSEC/GRE/DTLS/TLS architecture and operations; X.509 certificates workflows
- Solid understanding of Linux resource management and troubleshooting; Docker architecture, operations and troubleshooting
- Prior experience with Cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) services and networks
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification
- NETCONF and REST API operations and troubleshooting
- GenAI prompting for analytics and troubleshooting
· Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL, shell programming)
- Neo4j architecture and operations
