Your Impact

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cisco SDWAN services and solutions.
  • Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues.
  • Be a member of a worldwide team.
  • Engage in cross-technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments.
  • Recreate customer technical problems within Cisco’s internal state-of-the-art labs.
  • Be a trusted technical authority to worldwide Cisco customers and partners.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create automation and augmentation logic to speed up issue resolution.
  • Improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.
  • Be the first to lay hands on the latest and greatest cutting-edge technologies within the SDWAN domain.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology-related field of study (preferably with a network engineering/computer science)
  • 5+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN networks
  • Solid understanding of IP Routing (MP-BGP, OSPF, Cisco EIGRP, Cisco OMP, MPLS); IPSEC/GRE/DTLS/TLS architecture and operations; X.509 certificates workflows
  • Solid understanding of Linux resource management and troubleshooting; Docker architecture, operations and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience with Cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) services and networks

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification
  • NETCONF and REST API operations and troubleshooting
  • GenAI prompting for analytics and troubleshooting

· Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL, shell programming)

  • Neo4j architecture and operations
