Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Go-To-Market enablement managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Partner with GTM leadership to identify enablement needs to build a comprehensive field enablement strategy.
Oversee the creation and delivery of GTM enablement & training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development & core competency training, and advanced sales techniques.
Establish and align on KPIs to measure the impact of GTM enablement programs on sales productivity, new hire ramp and retention.
Use Gong to drive & measure key initiatives, coaching and improve overall performance of the GTM teams
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on program effectiveness and areas for improvement
Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members to help drive high performance and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs at scale.
Strong team management skills, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Gong)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
