Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
4 years of experience managing engagements with external partners, customers, vendors, or EdTechs, negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
Experience with contract negotiations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
Experience with thought leadership and execution on complex external partnership engagements, and ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
Experience in and passion for the learning and skilling space.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong executive presence, and high proficiency in structuring analysis and executive communications.
