Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
- 4 years of experience managing engagements with external partners, customers, vendors, or EdTechs, negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
- Experience with contract negotiations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Experience with thought leadership and execution on complex external partnership engagements, and ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
- Experience in and passion for the learning and skilling space.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong executive presence, and high proficiency in structuring analysis and executive communications.
