- 15 years of business leadership experience, with experience managing cross-functional and global teams in the technology, Internet or media industries
- 8 years of experience managing teams
- 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations or Investment Banking/Venture Capital
- Experience influencing, communicating, and driving change across cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of management
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives, specifically in strategy roles in technology companies or media companies
- Experience influencing senior-level executives
- Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, YouTube ad sales, or scaled service and support operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment
- Excellent business sense with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
